JOLLY WHALE RETURNS POLICY 

At Jolly Whale, we aim to deliver you the best service and product. We understand that there may come a time where you need to return a purchase from us and we want to make the returns process as simple and easy as possible for you. If you are not happy with your purchase from Jolly Whale, you can return or exchange it, or have it repaired, or a service cancelled, in accordance with the terms below.

Change of mind – 7 Days

If you have changed your mind about your purchase, Jolly Whale will be pleased to offer you a refund or exchange provided that:

  • You return the item within 7 days of purchase
  • You produce a satisfactory proof of purchase (being your original register receipt, original return/exchange receipt)
  • The item is in re-saleable condition, including its original packaging (if any), is unused and as sold
  • The exchange or refund is sought within a reasonable period of time (in most cases a reasonable period of time is deemed to be 30 days)
  • You need to pay for the return shipping cost

If you are unable to provide satisfactory proof of purchase, Jolly Whale at its absolute discretion reserves the right not to offer a refund for change of mind. In such cases, Jolly Whale may provide you in its absolute discretion, an exchange to the current value of the merchandise.

Jolly Whale is not required to provide you with a copy of your original receipt to facilitate an exchange, refund, insurance or warranty claim.

Faulty Goods Return

If you believe you have purchased a faulty product, you should provide proof of purchase to receive a refund or replacement product. Proof of purchase may be your original register receipt, credit card statement or any other form of evidence.

Jolly Whale may have the faulty product assessed by a third-party certified repair agent to determine the nature and cause of the fault. Jolly Whale reserves the right to decline an exchange, refund or repair where any product fault is caused by misuse or neglect.


Personal information collected from you at the time of the return will only be used for the purpose of verifying and processing the return.
